We reserve the right to distribute free samples of your printed products or to display on our website just to showcase our expertise.
The user is acknowledged that “Our Website Content” on our website that has all the information and content of our website be it written content, images, data, software, illustrations, graphics, images, maps and designs is owned by our website and any kind of storing, copying, changing, updating, distribution or transmission of this data without the legal permission of the content owner i.e. The Best Custom Packaging is strictly forbidden.
You as a user of our website and as a customer agree to hold harmless Thebestcustomboxes.com and its members including employees, directors, vendors, representatives, suppliers, affiliates and subcontractors and defend them in case a claim arises against Thebestcustomboxes.com for any wrong doings of its customers or any un proven printing done of its products made by the company upon its customers’ requests. The company is not liable or responsible for any damage, loss, accident, or any hazardous event or any hold up of its workers, marketing media, employees, media members and other relevant authorities caused by either using our website through some received information or if any party was recommended for such damage.
If the product is not made or printed as per your specifications, or if any fault is found in the printing then you need to inform us within 3 Business days after you receive your order. In case the printing is faulty or is not done according to the specifications you told us, then we will reprint your order, but won’t refund the payment. You as a customer will need to send some digital photos of the defective product for our review. And customer will need to send the faulty product to the company, at their own expense, within 7 business days to claim reprint of their product.
The prices on our website are mentioned in USD (U.S Dollars). We will start working on your order after receiving total amount due on you that includes taxes, shipping charges etc. You can make the payment via some authenticated source of payment. The process of placing order includes sending us the final form of product or service via any electronic file or you can also send it through hard copy that will have the ordered product or service you need us to do for you. After the order has started being processed and the task is sent to press department, there can be no changes made except for time and design. Also, if you want to cancel the order then you can cancel it within 4 hours after the proof approval. The cancellation of order will cost you $30.00 and 10% of your total payment of order. You can also cancel the order within 24 hours limit but this will cost you 50% of your total payment of order to compensate for the time and resources the company has already spent in making your product although we don’t assure that one can cancel the order after the 24 hour time limit.
The artwork provided by our customers from our website is used by our artwork designers to come up with and create new designs. We need your artwork file in 300 dpi (dots per inch) in the final form and the format should be CMYK. If the file is submitted in any other format or font size by the customers, then we will not be responsible for blurred printing, exaggerated printing or anything different from what the customer demanded. If the orientation or sequence of the order placed is not properly done by the customer, then we as the company are not to be blamed for the printed work not being according to the customer’s expectations. Our employees are very careful and keen in working and take all possible measures and precautions to avoid any loss of our customers. The Best Custom Packaging holds no responsibility for the loss of your printed orders. Once you have uploaded your artwork on our website or any such website, you have to ensure that the material you have posted is your property under the law. We have the right to decline any order that we think is unlawful or is breaching the rights of third party. When you place an order on our website, you accept complete responsibility of the product made and created as per your directions. We also have the right to decline any order without informing the reason. Also, we won’t print anything that we find obscene, abusive or offensive.
While you send us the final form of the product via electronic file or hard copy that has the product or service you want us to do for you, the task of printing is then sent to the press department after receiving your agreement. But it is your duty as a customer to update and examine the proof that is sent to you. We shall not be kept waiting for contradicted proofs that may cause a delay. The turnaround time for your order that is also mentioned on our website is effective after the proof of agreement. Before you agree upon a proof, you are requested to go through it first. You should check your original file that you initially shared to see if there are any errors of space, copy, punctuation, layout or position of picture and the printed text. The proofs in electronic form don’t handle transparency; problems of over printing or color improve from RGB or pantone to CMYK. We shall not be responsible for the printed version of the laminated products. The customers are completely responsible for what a final and approved proof contains. The color accuracy is not guaranteed because the color that is to be printed is produced from the artwork file submitted by the customer. The color cannot be exactly the same as that in the submitted file because of the built-in laminations of printing processes and the adjoining picture ink needs. When you place an order, you agree to this drawback of the system. Our employees are advised to and work their super best to get the closest color to that in the provided file by customer but we are not liable for color change between the printed work and expected work. Also, there will be no reprinting for such color changes that occur due to the limitations in system. We hold no responsibility for the matching color, density or ink on the printed product that our customer approved of, however, if the customer orders a hard proof from us then we can guarantee the color precision and matching. It must be informed that the hard copy proof will cost you more otherwise.

We usually deliver the exact amount of products that our customers order along with some extra amount. The extra amount of product that we deliver is free of charge and in case we have delivered fewer products that what was ordered, then we will bill the actual quantity delivered. We follow the general rule of trade practice of delivering 5% over and underrun of the ordered quantity.
Once the customers have paid us the complete amount of their order and have shared their artwork file either in electronic or hard form, and have agreed upon the content shared, the file is then reviewed by our press department and after that the production speed and the turnaround time for printing starts. While you place an order on our website you can also select the production speed which is the number of days from printing to shipment. You should then send your agreement to proof before 10 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST).) We and our employees work our best to deliver your products in time. In case there is a delay, we The Best Custom Packaging are not liable for any loss or damage because of the delay in shipping. The customers should know and accept that the company is not responsible for delays in order delivery caused by weather conditions or customs issues which are not directly controlled by the company. The charges will be refunded in case of problem in printing process although the orders are not cancelled because of the delay in printing. The customers decide to bill the complete amount in terms of fees and custom duties when shipped to their respective locations. As a customer, it is your duty to clear the amounts of customs / duties for shipping the products outside the USA. The Best Custom Packaging provide 10-12 days for Standard shipping of the product and 6-8 days for accelerated shipping (with 4-5 days of ground shipping) to any area within the USA with no quantity and weight limit. Shipping to extra locations might cost you extra charges. We are not responsible for delivery transportation timings and any loss or damage caused during the shipping. Legally, we hold no responsibility for any loss that is caused during the shipping. Although such incidents can be brought to attention after 6 working days of shipment, but if the customers fail to provide correct shipment delivery address or complete delivery address, we will charge additional shipping and handling charges for re-shipping the order.
The Best Custom Packaging has the authority to make changes anytime in any section on our website or the Terms and Uses with or without notifying the customers. The new changes will then be effective from then as they will become the part of Terms and Uses on our website. If you keep using our website after the changes to our website, the website will consider as you have agreed to the new changes.
